Tiffany embraces a holistic and solution-oriented approach in her practice, honoring the mind, body, and soul of each individual. She believes that everyone has inherent resources within themselves, and her role is to help clients discover and access those strengths.

Her goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can truly feel seen and heard—especially in a world where that can be hard to find. Tiffany is dedicated to helping her clients live their most abundant lives and reach their highest potential, firmly believing that it is possible to have it all.

In her work, Tiffany assists clients in addressing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, parenting, family issues, addiction, trauma, grief, and more. Her therapeutic experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds. She incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). Tiffany is a psychotherapist with a New York State License, LMSW (Licensed Master of Social Work). She received her Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University in New York. She is also a certified holistic health coach and believes in mind-body connection. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys hiking, pilates, reading, and skiing. Tiffany is a dog mom to her toy poodle, Summer.
