My name is Vanessa Tricoche and I want to acknowledge you for embarking onyour healing and self exploration journey. I am a bi-lingual indigenous PuertoRican licensed master social worker graduate of Fordham University.
My approach and practice as a community mental health clinician is centered in
cultural, spiritual emergence, CBT, holistic interventions and indigenous
practices. I utilize the power of cultural somatic practices to support clients to
recreate a life that empowers them. I have experience addressing challenges
with depression, anxiety, trauma including PTSD, attachment, and family
reunification.
My clients describe as a reflective listener, and I am known for a
direct yet compassionate style. I am committed to create the healing space
where clients find their “authentic voice and compassionate space to breathe.”
Vanessa’s mission is to inspire courage, authenticity, kindness and
