About the event
Perfect for all levels with no prior experience required, this series will go beyond the offerings of a typical yoga class by emphasizing intentional movement and breathwork through the lens of mental health. The themes, language, guidance, and postures work synergistically to balance the nervous system, encourage self-regulation, and bear witness to a range of human emotions and sensations. Using a “bottom up” approach, you will cultivate a long lasting sense of equilibrium by working through thought patterns and emotions that arise during each pose in a supportive, compassionate environment. The teachings offered will provide you with a variety of techniques created to support you on and off that mat.
