We are thrilled to announce a transformative 6 week Trauma-Informed Yoga series that is uniquely crafted to connect the mind, the body, and the subtle energies in between. Perfect for all levels with no prior experience required, this series will go beyond the offerings of a typical yoga class by emphasizing intentional movement and breathwork through the lens of mental health. The themes, language, guidance, and postures work synergistically to balance the nervous system, encourage self-regulation, and bear witness to a range of human emotions and sensations. Using a “bottom up” approach, you will cultivate a long lasting sense of equilibrium by working through thought patterns and emotions that arise during each pose in a supportive, compassionate environment.
