Hey there! I’m Anthony (he/him), a Black gay therapist and Counseling Psychology doctoral student who believes therapy should feel like a deep breath you didn’t know you needed. You’ve made it to this space, and that alone deserves recognition! Whether it took courage, curiosity, or sheer exhaustion to get here, welcome! I’m so glad you found your way here.

"Nothing can dim the light which shines from within."
- Maya Angelou

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College and bring both lived experience and clinical training to my work. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic vibes, all blended to fit your needs). I specialize in working with folks navigating identity, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and all the big emotions that come with simply being a person in this world. If you’ve ever felt like you had to shrink to fit in, this space is for you.

In my experience in the field, I’ve supported LGBTQ+ clients, individuals with serious mental illness, children, teens, and families, all with one goal: helping people feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their lives. As someone who’s been the only, the first, or the different one in the room, I get it. Therapy with me is a judgment-free zone where we can unpack the hard stuff, connect the dots, and maybe even laugh a little along the way.

When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m probably doing some outdoor-related activity, pretending my cat, Onyx, and dog, Oakley, are getting along, watching TV, or playing Sudoku.
