"My beloved child, break your heart no longer. Each time you judge yourself you break your own heart. You stop feeding on the love which is the wellspring of your own vitality. The time has come, your time to live, to celebrate, to see the goodness that you are…"
- Swami Kripalu, Bapuji

My approach and practice as a community mental health clinician is centered in cultural, spiritual emergence, CBT, holistic interventions and indigenous practices. I utilize the power of cultural somatic practices to support clients to recreate a life that empowers them. I have experience addressing challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma including PTSD, attachment, and family reunification.

My clients describe as a reflective listener, and I am known for a direct yet compassionate style. I am committed to create the healing space where clients find their “authentic voice and compassionate space to breathe.” My mission is to inspire courage, authenticity, kindness and connectedness with this goal in mind: May all beings everywhere be happy and free.
