For individuals and couples living in New York and New Jersey, we provide weekly ongoing sessions to deal with a wide range of issues. As a trauma focused practice, we incorporate both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to treat post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem, substance use, and adolescent challenges.

CBT helps us re-train our brain to think about things in a new way, forging new neural pathways and changing unhealthy patterns and behaviors. DBT validates our thoughts and encourages us to accept pain and discomfort while building a library of tools to cope with it, embracing the shades of gray instead of black and white thinking.

We accept most major insurances. Please give us a call at 845-540-1002 to confirm eligibility. If you do are out of network and would like to pay out of pocket, please let us know so we can arrange to give you a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, or we can do it for you.
